2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
• Payment processed successfully but membership benefits were not activated.
• Unauthorized transaction verified by our support team.

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the payment date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchasing a membership plan.
• Dissatisfaction with the number of responses, matches, or proposals received.
• Failure to find a suitable match.
• Account suspension due to violation of website terms and conditions.
• Partial use of membership services.

4. Cancellation of Membership

Users may cancel the auto-renewal of their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway and banking institution.
