3. Registration and User Responsibilities

By creating a profile, you represent and warrant that:

Verification indicators, badges, ticks, or labels merely confirm completion of a verification process and do not constitute a guarantee regarding a Member's character, intentions, conduct, financial status, marital status, compatibility, or authenticity.

Members must independently verify all information before proceeding with any matrimonial decision.

5. Privacy and Data Processing

By using the Platform, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

·        Engage in fraudulent, illegal, exploitative, or non-matrimonial activities.

Violation may result in immediate suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. User Content

Members remain solely responsible for all content uploaded, posted, transmitted, or shared through the Platform.

By submitting content, Members grant VivaahBandham a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, process, publish, distribute, and promote such content for operating and improving the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

10. Child Safety and Protection

The Platform is strictly intended for legally marriageable adults.

VivaahBandham maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

·        Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);

·        Child exploitation;

·        Online grooming;

·        Trafficking;

·        Sexual solicitation involving minors.

Any suspected violation may be reported to law enforcement agencies without prior notice.

Accounts found to belong to underage individuals shall be immediately terminated.

11. Communications Consent

By registering, you consent to receive:

15. Limitation of Liability

·        The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the membership fees actually paid by the Member during the immediately preceding subscription period.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KSK Associates, its proprietor, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising from:

·        Violation of this Agreement;

·        Misuse of the Platform;

17. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion without prior notice if:

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

The Company may, at its discretion, require disputes to be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana.

19. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Amendments
